Proposed Analysis:	All DTI data would be preprocessed in FSL (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl). Diffusion post-processing and analysis were conducted using DSI Studio (http://dsi-studio.labsolver.org). A brain network can be described as a graph with nodes (brain regions) and edges that form connections between the nodes.Deterministic fiber-tracking algorithm would be used(Yeh et al., 2013b).Connectome construction and Graph theory analyses would be used then.
