| Proposed Analysis: | We will use ADNI data to evaluate the performance of a no-gold-standard (NGS) method for the task of comparing different partial volume correction (PVC) methods. We will first perform different PVC methods on PET images from ADNI dataset. Mean activities from different brain regions will then be extracted. These values will be used as input for NGS method to estimate precision of different PVC methods. |
