Proposed Analysis: We intend to use the data to examine our advanced deep-learning diagnosis algorithm. Traditional machine learning or deep learning algorithms assume full data availability, which is not always feasible in clinical data. To account for missing data while generating accurate predictions, we design a method that can simultaneously impute missing data and generate disease diagnosis. We have tested our approach on a set of cardiology datasets. The results show our method outperforms all existing methods. We want to test our algorithm on other types of disease to validate its scope and keep fine-tuning it.
