Proposed Analysis:	I am keen to analyze the multishell DTI data from ADNI3 using MRTRIX. The evaluation is intended to propose a biomarker (Basal Ganglia and Pineal Gland) that can classify the Healthy from MCI and then the progression of disorder from MCI to AD.
