Proposed Analysis: | ANDI data will be used to examine and develop new strategies to differentiate between patients and controls. Goals of the analyses are: - data analysis will involve volumentric and connectome metrics and make use of T1, DWI and where available fMRI - Connectomic approaches will be used to measure brain disconnectivity patterns between patients and controls and examine which connections are most and which are least effected - connectivity patterns of patients and controls will be used to develop statistical methods to differentiate patients and controls and examine relationships to severity of symptoms - disease connectivity patterns will be differentiated between patient groups to examine specificity and selectivity of connectome changes - longitudinal data were available will be used to examine whether connectivity has predictive value for outcome and changes in connectivity patterns over time |
