| Proposed Analysis: | I will run analyses of neuroimaging data (MRI) and biomarkers of AD, MCI and healthy people, in order to disentangle different AD subtypes based on atrophy profiles and test their different response to treatments. To do that, I will first perform unsupervised cluster analysis as well as rating based on visual assessment. Then I will run both cross-sectional and longitudinal analyses of decline and atrophy trajectories as a function of the specific subtype, additionally investigating the effect of amyloid/tau status, APOE carriers, demographical variables etc. |
