| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to use the data for developing a deep learning-based multi-modal diagnostic tool for Alzheimer's disease. The proposed method will be based on DWI and T1w images. First, we will train each data type separately. Afterward, we will create the ensemble model which will learn the features from each image type and then correspondingly output diagnosis based on the outputs from each model. |
