Proposed Analysis: We want to analyze tau scans with associated SUVR values or other scoring systems such as Braak scoring. This data will be use to train a deep learning system to predict future tau hyperphosphorylation. Corresponding results will be analyzed to check for the feasibility of a machine learning approach to predict the development of Alzheimer's disease in patient. Given successful predictions, we want to interpret the model to identify the causes for correct prediction of future tau hyperphosphorylation.
