Proposed Analysis:	We try to investigate the metabolic alterations in CSF/serum among AD group, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) group, and cognitively normal (CN) group by using the CSF biomarkers, MRI imaging, PET imaging, and CSF/serum metabolomics data. We also try to investigate the influence of age, sex and APOE ε4 status on metabolic alterations in AD, MCI and CN group.
