| Proposed Analysis: | We are doing research in the field of drug discovery and disease risk prediction. We would like to use the data set to build a deep learning models combining imaging, genetics, phenotype , labs work, health data. The deep learning models require a huge data set. We think the disease risk prediction models will perform better if we try combine all data available (coxph, convolutional neural networks, svm, etc) including imaging (3d/2d MRI) |
