| Proposed Analysis: | By using the brain imaging data from ADNI database, the structural connectivity and functional connectivity of brain could be extracted. Our goal is that, applying machine learning methods on such features, the new insight hidden information of brain connectome could be discovered. Moreover, combining the clinical information and genomic information, the multi-modal model could achieve better performance on AD classification task. |
