Proposed Analysis: | The objective is to confirm preliminary results in the much larger cohort of ADNI study . We will use Volbrain plateform to measure the cognitive cerebellar lobules atrophy of each volumetric brain MRI patients (NIfTI format) from ADNI study . After automatic cerebellar subcortical structure segmentations, we will analyse the grey matter atrophy of cognitive cerebellar lobules (globally and focusing on left or right structures to reflect lateralization of structure functions), in the different groups ((early MCI, late MCI and AD patients) compared to control group . The added value of ADNI studies viz high quality of research imaging acquisition and the stringent inclusion criteria of the subjects will limit the issues we are usually facing with the imaging data acquired during routine clinical practice. |
