| Proposed Analysis: | I am a statistical methods researcher. I plan to utalize the ADNI data in various analyses to demonstrate and motivate alternative statistical methodology. In particular, I am working on a project dealing with Bayesian variable selection in multinomial regression models. We plan to use the ADNI data to develop models that predict cognitive category (AD vs MCI vs control) using the various predictors in the data, with focus on determine which predictors are meaningful vs noise. |
