Proposed Analysis: Alzheimer disease (AD) pathology is characterized by Amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques and tau neurofibrillary tangles, which are two neuropathological hallmarks of AD. Those AD pathology in living patients can be visualized in vivo by amyloid PET and tau PET. We want to utilize the data from ADNI cohort to explore the association of patient’s demographic, clinical, APOE genotype, MRI, genetic, neuropsychological tests, cerebrospinal fluid and other biochemical biomarkers information with their amyloid and tau pathology. We want to identify practical ways to track the disease progression of AD patients.
