| Proposed Analysis: | Sir, we would like to apply for the access to ADNI. We want to analyze the level of NOTCH2NLC/NOTCH2NL in patients with AD. Recently, we have an article published [NOTCH2NLC Intermediate-Length Repeat Expansions Are Associated with Parkinson Disease. DOI: 10.1002/ana.25925.] in Annals of Neurology. I am the corresponding author of the mentioned article. The long-length GGC reepat expansions in NIID are reported to be associated with dementia-dominant phenotypes, moreover, some PD cases harboring intermediate-length GGC expansions in our cohort were found with cognitive decline, we wonder if there is any associateion between NOTCH2NLC GGC repeat expansions and AD. Thus, we would like to apply for the assess to ADNI so that we can study the NOTCH2NLC/NOTCH2NL level in AD patients and the role of NOTCH2NLC expansions in AD. |
