Proposed Analysis: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disease (ND) and causes the loss of structural and functional properties of neurons. After years of clinical examinations, hypotheses, and drug therapies, Alzheimer's disease without treatment has become one of the greatest barriers to modern medicine. There is now a huge global demand for new effective treatments. New stem cell therapy techniques that control neurogenesis in AD patients provide a new perspective for the development of AD treatment. Stem cells are known as an effective strategy in the treatment of neurological diseases with the ability to differentiate into other cell types and the power of unlimited division and the possibility of using them in the process of cell therapy.Research into the treatment of AD is based on the transplantation of precursor stem cells in the target tissue or the use of these cells to replace damaged tissue cells or reduce the destructive effect of the disease on brain tissue. In this review study, we treat AD by different types of stem cells
