| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in understanding how factors that contribute to chronic central inflammation influence brain structure in patients with AD. The proposed analysis aims to understand how cardiovascular and metabolic factors influence brain microstructure and connectivity in patients with MCI and AD using diffusion and structural MRI. We plan to replicate our results using the AIBL dataset. |
