| Proposed Analysis: | Our aim is to develop an interface ontology and model a comprehensive collection of AD-related biomedical concepts. This will enable faceted web interfaces for data exploration and cohort discovery. We will enrich concepts and concept type and properties in our ontology based on ANDI dataset. We will develop a natural language processing algorithm to select data elements in ANDI data that involve concepts that are not covered by our ontology yet. |
