| Proposed Analysis: | I wrote a paper ten years ago using ADNI data ("Early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease using cortical thickness: impact of cognitive reserve", Brain 2009). Since then, I improved ways of measurement of cortical thickness and developed a new way to combine it with FDG PET data. I would like to use these measures to assess their ability in detecting AD in early stages of the disease. |
