| Proposed Analysis: | We are working on a deep learning based segmentation algorithm that uses attention mechanism and a U-NET like architecture to extract segments of anomalies such as tumors. We have tested the results on MRI scans and have received some great results on the BraTS'18 dataset and we want to further our work with PET scans for Alzheimer. |
