Proposed Analysis: | I am carrying out my Computer Science thesis, in which I hope to use generative deep learning (GAN) to generate synthetic medical images. The aim is to generate a synthetic dataset which can be used to train a deep learning (CNN) model, performing similarly to if it had been trained using the real dataset. The hope is that this method can be used to benefit from deep learning methods in the medical field, whilst maintaining data privacy and confidentiality. I am well trained in data privacy, security and ethics. My thesis will undergo an ethics review as part of my submission to my university, so it is of the upmost importance that I keep this data secure and adhere to your data privacy policy. Please feel free to contact my university email address if you have any further enquiries at: kh16747@bristol.ac.uk. You can also email my thesis supervisor at: jon.bird@bristol.ac.uk. Your dataset sounds really interesting and I hope to be apply to apply it to my research. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Kai Hulme |
