Proposed Analysis:	We are going to develop a DEEP LEARNING model, which will improve MRI pre-processing steps (registration, parcellation, etc.) with respect to the accuracy and efficiency in tools like freesurfers, and ANTs. 1. We will create a large-scale training dataset of structural MRI from multiple ADNI projects. 2. The accuracy of the model will be validated by using both ADNI and our in-house data. 3. We will be using the model in following researches related to dementia.
