Proposed Analysis: | What do we know about CSF neurogranin in relation to volumetric brain regions in preclinical AD? A machine learning (ML) approach. Objective: To use a robust machine leaning model to analyse the relations between the postsynaptic protein neurogranin (Ng) in CSF and large-scale adjusted ICV MRI volumetric brain regions in a clinically CU population-based sample. We further use shrinkages approach (LASSO, Ridge and Elastic Net) to perform volumetric variables selections and modelling in the stratified Aβ42 status (Aβ42+/-) sample and in those with or without APOE ε4 allele. |
