| Proposed Analysis: | My research activities are based on the guided study of the articles: Function of carotid artery entry as an inverse problem in the kinetic modeling of [18F] 2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (FDG), Estimation of Parameters for Kinetic Modeling of 18F - FDG in Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Laplace Transformation Method for reversible compartment model of two tissues 11C-PIB with function of arterial entry derived from image. Due to the pandemic there was a very significant delay in the part that refers to the computational component of my master's project. Initially, it would collect data, from InsCer (PUCRS), from a project of Super Seniors (elderly people over the age of 80 and who do not show signs of dementia). Thus, we waited for a period in which the study of the model to be used in the data was focused. Since the pandemic lasted, I am looking for other data alternatives for analysis. |
