Proposed Analysis:	I intend to analyze white matter integrity using FSL's FDT toolbox and understand how these measures relate to normal and pathological brain aging. I am also interested in exploring the relationship between cortisol and differences in fractional anisotropy (FA). I will explore the relationship between FA values and other measures such as PET data and tau deposition. The overarching purpose of this goal is to continue to explore cortisol as a potential risk factor of AD pathology.
