| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to use the ADNI data to study machine learning algorithms for diagnostic tasks on longitudal data. In particular, we will study an algorithm which utilizes post-baseline data as additional information during its training stage. The ultimate goal is to construct an algorithm that works well in low-sample regimes, which can improve our ability to correctly diagnose patients with signs of early-stage Alzheimer's. |
