Proposed Analysis: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is the early stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD). It can be divided into progressive MCI with cognitive deterioration and stable MCI with no cognitive change. It is very important to predict the progress of MCI patients for the prevention of AD. However, there is no rapid and accurate MCI prediction method. We will use the brain MRI data of AD and MCI patients in ADNI database, and simulate the brain aging process according to the of MCI patients based on Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs), so as to find the patients who may progress to ad in time and prevent the occurrence of AD.
