| Proposed Analysis: | Analysis of dynamic cognitive reserve based on the decomposition of cognitive performance variance (e.g. episodic memory variance). We want to find out if these new estimates of the cognitive reserve can predict changes in the cognitive decline in patients with biomarker positive amnestic MCI in comparison to the traditional measures (years of education, ANART). We primarily focus on the prediction of behavioral deficits (CDRS, ECOG). We plan to employ mixed linear models in the analysis. |
