| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to detect brain connectomic network profiles, methylation/gene networks that are predictive to AD/MCI development and progression, using longitudinal neuroimaging scans (fMRI, PET) and/or genomic profiles (methylation, gene expression, etc.). By detecting novel network-based biomarkers and integrating them into AD prediction and prognositics, it may help with a better understanding of neuropathological mechanisms of the disease. |
