Proposed Analysis:	I am a master student and I am trying to reproduce the results of the paper "A computational neurodegenerative disease progression score: Method and results with the Alzheimer's disease neuroimaging initiative cohort" (doi: 10.1016/j.neuroimage.2012.07.059). It consists in using several biomarkers (HIPPO, MMSE, TAU, ABETA, CDRSB, RAVLT30, and ADAS) to compute a disease progression score with the ADNI, ADNI 2 and ADNI GO datasets. A parametric statistical model is fitted to compute the disease progression score.
