| Proposed Analysis: | To obtain the M.S in Artificial Intelligence degree, I have proposed an ivestigation called "Brain White Matter Segmentation and Classification, using machine learning". I have already implemented a U-Net and a BConvLSTM U-Net architectures, to experiment with them. Part of the investigation is to experiment with different architectures, however, we have struggled with the acquisition of a proper dataset with segmented masks of brain white matter to train my models. In my investigation, I have found this paper: "Semantic Segmentation of White Matter in FDG-PET Using Generative Adversarial Network" - https://doi.org/10.1007/s10278-020-00321-5, where they cite ADNI as the database where they obtained a proper dataset with the same characteristics needed to make my experimentations. Im hoping that you can help me so we can continue an investigation that could help to make a little bit more progress in this area of AI. Thank you. |
