| Proposed Analysis: | Multimodal comparison of brain structure and function between affected individuals and controls We will use a multimodal covariance technique recently developed in our lab to assess potential multimodal differences between affected individuals and controls, with the potential to relate these differences to deficits and/or disease progression if possible. Multimodal analyses will initially include the standard anatomical images, DWI (reconstructed with ODF-based techniques to generate quantitative biomarkers), and functional images but may be expanded to include available data types in the future. |
