Proposed Analysis:	I'd like to clarify mechanism and pathology of brain disease by evaluating brain structural characters. My research plans are the followings: 1. Evaluating thickness and volume in brain cortex, subcortex and white matter based on structural MRI using FreeSurfer software. 2. Evaluating microstructure in gray and white matter modeled by diffusion MRI using FSL and MRtrix. 3. Modeling disease progression using machine learning.
