Proposed Analysis: 1.To explore the effect of different anti-hypertension medications (AHM) on AD development, we plan to analyse the associations between the usage of various AHM with AD occurrence, rate of cognitive decline, and change rates of AD core biomarkers (including CSF Aβ42，Aβ40，p-tau,t-tau, cortical and hippocampal Aβ burden measured by Amyloid-PET,cortical and hippocampal volumes by MRI). 2. To explore the effect of different antidiabetics on AD development, we plan to analyse the associations between the usage of various antidiabetics with AD occurrence, rate of cognitive decline, and change rates of AD core biomarkers.
