| Proposed Analysis: | I am working on automatic anomaly detection in brain MR images using machine learning methods. The method will be unsupervised and in theory be able to detect any kind of anomaly. I will be using the ADNI data, especially the FLAIR images to train my model. Evaluation will be performed on different datasets containing MS lesions and brain tumors. |
