| Proposed Analysis: | We plan to use the ADNI data to train a deep learning radiomics neural network which is suitable for transfer learning. Our network will learn relevant information on a pool of MRI and PET data in a pre-training phase. Next we will use our in house datasets to validate if transfer learning has a superior effect. We plan to provide the research community with a pre-trained network, shared via a GitHub repository. |
