Proposed Analysis: We aim to explore brain network patterns, including structural and functional networks, related to the development of AD. Specifically, first, the intra- and internetwork connectivity of multiple structural and functional networks will be explored across cognitively normal elderly, MCI subjects and AD subjects. Second, the interactive effects of vascular pathology (vascular risk and white matter hyperintensities burden) and neurodegeneration (hippocampal atrophy) on cognitive decline will be explored on MCI subjects and AD subjects. Third, the longitudinal trajectories of neuroimaging markers related to the development of AD will be explored.
