| Proposed Analysis: | Dear ADNI team, the analysis consists in continue working on an innovative pipeline to measure volumes of gray matter of different sections of the brain using well known ROI atlas to predict and diagnose Alzheimer's disease in early stages. Our idea is to work with the screening group and obtain predictive data to train a Deep Learning Machine or a Support Vector Machine to segment the data and predict new cases. This work begun in The University of Manchester in the UK during my Master Degree in Computer Science and now I have the chance to continue working in the University of Concepcion in my country of residence. |
