Principal Investigator's Name: | Brian Mac Namee |
Institution: | University College Dublin |
Department: | Computer Science |
Country: | |
Proposed Analysis: | As part of a programme of work at the Science Foundation Ireland Centre for Research Training in Machine Learning (http://www.ml-labs.ie) we are exploring the use of interactive machine learning in medical imaging. In particular we are exploring how expert feedback can used in the process of training machine learning models. Together with collaborators from Department of Radiology at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin we will use the ADNI dataset to build classification models that identify specific pathologies and use these as a basis to explore techniques for incorporating expert feedback into the machine learning model build process. |
