| Proposed Analysis: | The aim of our projects are 1. to propose a novel statistical disease mapping framework with several formal functional data analysis tools to address the Alzheimer early diseased region detection issue in delineating disease heterogeneity at both group and individual scales. Our SDM consists of two components: (i) diseased region detection at the individual level and (ii) disease map construction at the group level; 2. to develop more deep learning based methods to predict Alzheimer disease progression and to detect at early stage based on the ADNI data |
