| Proposed Analysis: | We want to apply new exploratory and inferential methods based on data depth notions to fMRI data. The methods we propose are adequate for complex data sets, such as multivariate time series and connectivity matrices. The goal is first to detect outliers and then to use robust testing procedures to test differences between different groups. We also plan to validate a data depth classification method. |
