Proposed Analysis: As part of our course - "Machine Learning for Natural Sciences", we plan to use multimodality data for the prediction of Alzheimer's disorder using Deep Learning. Different data sources include imaging (MRI/PET scans), genetic (RNA-Seq or SNP), clinical (EHR) etc. can provide a holistic view of the analysis of the disease. We understand the need for work in this domain and believe that it is imperative to detect these disorders at the earliest stage possible so that their progress can be slowed down, if not fully stopped.
