Proposed Analysis:	I have quantitative proteomics data using SWATH-MS from wild-type and age matched AD model mice (total human tau overexpressing) at two ages. I would like to compare the expression levels of several pathways (OxPhos, AD-associated, PD-associated, Metabolism, Mitophagy, Autophagy, etc.) between our mice data and that of human patient samples to validate the relevance of our model and our conclusions.
