| Proposed Analysis: | We will be evaluating clinical and neuropathological data using machine learning feature selection to build classification models of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease but also other types of dementia. We also plan to evaluate how effective the models are and which features are most useful for classification. We will be using CFAS data and hope to use ADNI data and UK Biobank data as well. |
