Proposed Analysis: Study name:Study on the risk scoring tool for the transformation of Alzheimer's disease in different stages Proposed research: Research purposes:This project is expected to find the risk factors of ad transformation from mild to severe. The main risk factors of transformation from NC to MCI and from MCI to AD are screened by single-factor and multi-factor risk factor identification methods, and the risk scoring tools of NC to MCI and MCI to AD transformation are constructed based on Logistic regression and Cox regression, so as to provide basis for early screening, diagnosis and prevention of MCI / AD. Research contents: (1)Data collection:This project is expected to obtain the “DATA” that multiple parameter data of the HABs participants who were classified at baseline as clinically normal(CN) or MCI or AD respectively were measured during follow-up period, including demographic characteristics (gender, age, years of education, marital status, occupation, race, smoking status, etc.), family history of dementia (father or mother with dementia), vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.), neurological scale scores (MMSE, CDR, GDS, etc.), biomarkers (CSF aβ42, tau, t-tau, p-tau), imaging,as well as which stage(CN or MCI or AD) was diagnosed at the end of follow-up. (2)Identification of risk factors: The main risk factors are screened by combining single factor and multiple factor analysis methods. (3)Construction of risk scoring tools: Risk scoring tools are constructed based on logistic regression and Cox regression. (4)Using the newly collected data from external database to verify the risk scoring tool.
