| Proposed Analysis: | My research involves applying multi-view methods to better understand neurological diseases. My aim is to apply classical multi-view methods such as partial least squares and deep learning based methods to ADNI data to separate and predict healthy and MCI labels. I hope to use structural MRI features as one view and SNP genetics markers as the other view and find associations between these features such that healthy and MCI subjects can be best separated. |
