| Proposed Analysis: | am interested in the development of a risk prediction model for Alzheimer's disease. I estimated polygenic risk scores using LDpred2 software, which infers the effect sizes of each SNP using a genetic architecture prior and LD information. I am working with Alzheimer's diseases in the Asian population and want to validate the estimated polygenic risk scores in the data from different ethnicities. |
