| Proposed Analysis: | In collaboration with Dr Saturnino Luz at the University of Edinburgh Usher Institute, Massive Analytics OSCAR Data Science Machine Learning Platform was utilised to analyse ADNI blood plasma protein biomarker panel data in relation to measures of cognitive assessment using various ensembles of machine learning methods. We would now like to repeat this work internally and collaboratively extend analyses utilising OSCAR as well as a proprietary image analytic platform (NETHRA) to explore interrelation of blood biomarkers to other multi-parametric clinical data from the ADNI study cohort, as well as other clinical neurodegenerative disease database information. |
