| Proposed Analysis: | I am attending a Biomarker Course organised by the University of Gothenburg and University College London. As part of the course, there will be a Biomarker statistics workshop: Statistical and visualisation techniques will be demonstrated using R applied to data from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). In order to execute the R code on my own machine, I was told that I should apply for access to ADNI and download and install the ADNIMERGE R package. |
