| Proposed Analysis: | I'm going to estimate maps of functional connectivity of resting state in groups of healthy controls, patients with mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease, from of the fMRI images available in the ADNI database. These atlases will allow us to observe longitudinal variations (intra-subject) of the connectivity maps with the passage of the time or perform analysis between population groups (inter-subject). |
